Staff

Our Staff
We recognise that, as your child's first 'teachers' beyond the home, our role is an important one. We are all fully qualified, experienced and attend regular training programs to maintain and improve our high teaching standards.
We hold regular in-house training and are constantly reviewing our performance and the activities that we offer, in order to maintain and enhance the high quality of our teaching practice and our provision.
Our Setting
Ofsted recognised that our “highly qualified staff team use their good understanding of the Montessori approach to support children’s learning and development […] providing plenty of opportunities for children to develop the skills they need for future learning.”
Our team is deeply committed to providing excellent and genuine Montessori practise. We focus on the individual child's developing potential, which we know is also valued by parents.
Staff Ratios
We maintain a ratio of at least one qualified Montessori teacher for every 6 children, but often offer a ratio of 1:4.
